We manufacture Oxygen/Nitrogen Plants from 15m3/Hr to 500m3/Hr for filling high pressure oxygen/nitrogen gas in cylinders and in the following combinations.

  1. Oxygen Gas Plants: Capacities ranging from 20Cum/Hr to 500Cum/hr for filling high pressure cylinders upto 150 bar (200 bar optional). Purity 99.6%. (Nitrogen gas available as by product)
  2. Oxygen Liquid Plants: Capacities ranging from 15Ltrs/Hr upto 600Ltrs/Hr. Purity 99-99.6%. (Nitrogen gas available as by product)
  3. Nitrogen gas Plants: Capacities ranging from 20Cum/Hr to 500Cum/hr for filling high pressure cylinders upto 150 bar (200 bar optional). Purity 99%-99.999%.
  4. Nitrogen Liquid Plants: Capacities ranging from 15Ltrs/Hr upto 600Ltrs/Hr. Purity 99-99.6%.
  5. Oxygen & Nitrogen Plants: Capacities ranging from 20Cum/Hr to 500Cum/Hr oxygen and 100Cum/hr to 2000Cum/Hr Nitrogen gas by product.
  6. Oxygen & Nitrogen Liquid Plants: Oxygen capacities ranging from 15Ltrs/Hr upto 600Ltrs/Hr. Purity 99-99.6%. (Nitrogen gas available as by product). Simultaneously, Nitrogen liquid production of Purity 99-99.6%.
PROCESS USED : LATEST CRYCOGENIC

The process used is cryogenic which involves deep refrigeration/cooling of Air below zero to minus 190 degree centrigrade to liquid form and then AIR SEPARATION into liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. The process cycle is low pressure cycle and low power consumption and is proven technology in the last 30 years all over the world.

Raw material used is free atmospheric air
POWER CONSUMPTION
Power consumption is very low because of low pressure and high yield of Oxygen/Nitrogen.
TECHNOLOGY USED
BDM Oxygen/Nitrogen plants are manufactured as per the latest German Cryogenic process technology. BDM Oxygen plants are highly versatile and reliable for the production of high quality oxygen gas (Industrial & Medical grade) with simultaneous nitrogen production and liquid output.
MAIN PLANT & MACHINERY USED
  • Air Compressor

    Air Compressor

    Air Compressor is used to compress the atmospheric air.
  • Air Purifier/Process Skid is used to purify the air by cooling the air in an after cooler and nitrogen cooler with additional chiller. Traces of oil are removed in a high efficiency filter/oil adsorber. Carbon dioxide is removed by the MOLECULAR SIEVE DRYER.
  • Expander/Expansion Engine is used alongwith exchangers & expansion valves for cooling and liquefication of AIR.
  • Air Separation Unit/Cold Box is used for the separation of Liquid Air by means of a double Rectification Column consisting of upper and lower column.
MAIN PRODUCTION OF PLANT
  • Production of Bone dry and high purity - Industrial and medical grade oxygen gas purity 99.6% upto 155 bar (200 bar optional) by Liquid Oxygen Pump.
  • Production of Nitrogen gas 96% - 99.6% at 0.1 bar at Cold Box Outlet which can be further compressed.
    Simultaneous Production of Nitrogen Gas (Optional) at 155 bar or more by Liquid Nitrogen Pump 99.6% to 99.999% purity as required.
  • Party Liquid Nitrogen (LIN) output simultaneously upto 99.999% purity.
  • Liquid Oxygen (LOX) (Optional) output partly upto 99.6% or medical grade.
  • Any LOX/LIN/GOX/GON Output in any combination required by the customer of any purity can be designed manufactured and supplied.

This is a multi stage, heavy duty water-cooled air compressor for 24 hours operation , horizontal type complete with fly wheel inter cooler, foundation bolts, motor pulley, motor, v belt, guard and slide rails. This is used to compress atmospheric air.

This consist of the complete cold box (outer steel casing) complete with top column, bottom column, condenser, sub-cooler, reboiled exchanger 1, exchanger 2, control panel, instruments, pressure gauges, digital automatic temperature scanner withpt-100 sensors, expansion valves, analysis valves, inlet & outlet, air oxygen and nitrogen, gas lines with control valves neatly mounted and firmly fixed on the cold box.
